ISC-Doha offers a broad range of activities, which can be physical, scientific, academic, and aesthetic. Students join in school activities during the Student Life period (one period a day for extracurricular activities), after 3:00 p.m., and at weekends.

Activities in the school include sports like ball games (basketball, volleyball, football, badminton, hockey, softball, tennis, table tennis, cricket), swimming, track and field; aesthetic like gymnastics, art, recorder ensembles; choirs, musical drama, guitar; and fun activities and clubs like board games, drama, trips, computer clubs, reporting, mechanics (cars, aeronautics); and academic and management, like language clubs, peer teaching, and management (to manage the Student Life Organization run by students under the supervision of Student Life Advisors). Sports teams participate in competitions against other schools in the city and against other Choueifat Schools.
